To submit a reservation request, please fill out the form on our website or contact us via WhatsApp. We will send you all the details shortly.
To confirm the accommodation reservation, we usually require a 20% deposit of the total amount, payable by bank transfer or PayPal.
The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
You can pay at the end of the stay. We accept major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay, as well as cash, PayPal, and bank transfer.
To ensure the best price, we are not listed on Booking, we offer only 2 apartments on Airbnb.
- Usually, we guarantee that the apartment will be ready by 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can still leave your luggage and use our common areas. In case of late arrival, we will send you self-check-in instructions.
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM, but we can arrange a late check-out if possible. You can still use our services even after the check-out time.
Location and Transportation
We suggest having a car to get around the area. You can check on rentalcars.com where you can compare all the companies that rent at the airport. In this case, you have the convenience of picking up and dropping off the car there.
Alternatively, you can rent a car from our local rental partner, Michele mrentsardinia.com – In this case, you have the convenience of a good price, especially in high season, to find the car directly at the Kite House upon your arrival and to leave it there at your departure.
To reach us, we can arrange a transfer from Cagliari Airport (Elmas) for €80 (one way) or €150 (round trip). Alternatively, you can take the train directly to Cagliari Airport (Elmas) to Carbonia Sebariu (there is a train every hour, the ticket costs €5 – 1 hour journey). Train schedules on trenitalia.com – In this case, from the Carbonia Sebariu train station to the Kite House, you can get a ride from the car rental driver or you can get a taxi (Antonello Taxi Carbonia).

If you prefer flying, the nearest airport is Cagliari (Elmas), 70 km away, about an hour’s drive. Otherwise, the other international airports of Olbia, Alghero, are about 3 hours away by car. There are numerous connections from all over Europe to Sardinia. You can do a quick search on skyscanner.it
Accommodations and Services
Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, suitable for remote work, streaming, and video calls. Each apartment has its own wired repeater. Other access points are present in the common areas: swimming pool, club house, reception/bar.
Yes, there is ample private parking at Kite House Sardinia. One parking spot is provided for each apartment.
Yes, a washing machine is available for guests to use (€5 per wash, detergents included).
Yes, each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen.
We don’t have a restaurant and usually don’t offer breakfast. However, we do serve excellent espresso, cappuccinos, soft drinks, beer, fine wines, and some cocktails at the bar. From May to September, we typically organize a “social dinner” once a week. We can also provide breakfast and dinner service for groups.
Yes, there are two barbecues available for guests at Kite House. Additionally, upon request, you can use the Club House area, which features a large dining area, open kitchen, and projector, making it ideal for groups.
We can offer different bed configurations based on your needs. We can provide rooms with either two double beds or two single beds in both rooms. Additionally, we can add a third bed or a baby cot if required. Just let us know your preference.
Yes, all apartments are equipped with air conditioning (cooling/heating).

At Kite House, guests have access to a swimming pool, a gym area with gym equipment, a trampoline, a children’s playground, a mini football field, a beach volleyball court, and a pump track for bicycles. In addition to kitesurfing lessons and rental, we also offer wing foil SUP, surfing, wakeboarding, mountain biking, e-biking, yoga sessions, and massages.
For Kitesurfing
The wind varies depending on the season and weather conditions. There are suitable conditions for kitesurfing throughout the year. The best season usually runs from March to November. You can find more info on kitesurfing conditions in Sardinia during various seasons on our website.
Kite House Sardinia is located near the best spots in Sardinia, some of which are just a few minutes’ drive away. Kite House is 700 meters from the Sant’Antioco lagoon, in front there is a large area of flat andd shallow water where the wind usually blows well. At the moment, May 2024, the area on the ground is not very large.
Yes, with the kitesurfing equipment, we provide everything you need, including kite, bar, and board, which you will find already set up on the spot.
Students are provided with a personal bag containing a wetsuit and helmet. Shoes are available upon request.

The choice of kite depends on the forecasted wind conditions and your skill level. It is advisable to bring a variety of kite sizes to suit different wind intensities. Usually, kites ranging from 9 to 12 meters are most commonly used, but smaller kites may be necessary in winter, while larger kites may be required in summer.
